Yummy Bohn Pa

Lao food recipe video for bohn pa.  With all the ingredients and texture, it's a cross between a sauce and and mashed up salad.  Either way it's delicious and healthy.  A wonderful classic Lao fish dish eaten best with sticky rice. Nice video!

Laos: Celebrating the Land

Here's a short documentary style film specifically discussing rice cultivation in Laos.  It was created by the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) with support from the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA).  It's in English and Lao.  It gives you an appreciation into how much work goes into growing rice and also all the work that's being done to catalogue all the varieties by IRRI.  Both parts 1 and 2 videos are shown below.
