Lao Pork Stew

Lao stews are generally made with beef or chicken, but in this recipe pork is used.  Lao pork stew or aw moo, as we'd say in Lao.  And as you'll see in the video towards the end, she put's crispy pork rinds to top it off.  It looks deelish!

Google Street View Does Vientiane

It's amazing the number of Youtube videos that people record and share online of driving through the streets of Laos.  From as mundane as a drive from work to home to a scenic motorbike ride through the country side, all those can be found online.  I often dubbed it Google Street View "Lao Style".
