The end results were always similar. Of course, the flavors are more concentrated using a smaller pot (as there is less water yet the same amount of flavor base used in the recipe). Hope that helps.

I will add this to the main recipe above. Thank you for the question!Laoconnection.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04605806378634397686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6615037184100075069.post-91540536991813074812015-12-18T16:26:54.306-05:002015-12-18T16:26:54.306-05:00How much water did you use or how large is your st...How much water did you use or how large is your stock pot?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6615037184100075069.post-38309004984833324502015-08-25T21:09:25.207-04:002015-08-25T21:09:25.207-04:00I would suggest boiling the initial stock for arou...I would suggest boiling the initial stock for around 10 minutes on medium-high heat before adding the flavor base. Why? Because during those 10 minutes the foam gunk that comes from boiling meat will rise to the top. You'll want to spoon that gunk away before adding the flavor base.

Hope that helps. I'll add this note to the main instructions above. Thanks for the question. In fact, I've added that now above in the instructions. Thanks for mentioning it.

(Of course the peanuts are optional and can be left out for those with peanut allergies.)Laoconnection.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04605806378634397686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6615037184100075069.post-55374253166713639702015-01-24T20:46:04.240-05:002015-01-24T20:46:04.240-05:00Thank you for posting this recipe.
