Along the more northern part of the river in Vientiane is a long string of evening restaurants that pop up. This boat is among them.
To give you a sense of where it is, the night market would be southeast from this locale. So if you want to visit these restos you'd have to walk further up along kem kong (northwest direction), past where the road splits into 3.
