External temple walls have some of the nicest art I've seen. This one, I discovered while walking near Patuxai and a UN building in Vientiane.
I had previously driven past this area several times and never noticed it. Perhaps because from the street it's seperated by a sidewalk, trees, and a wall.
Walking afforded me an opportunity to discover it.
