In the video, OTR host Adam Gottschalk interviews Saya, the grandson of Prince Boun Oum Na Champassak and Sanya, the grandson of Prince Souvanna Phouma. The founders of the restaurant.
More than half the video is a conversation coving historical events and how the princes came to be and how their families ended up where they did.
The remaining bit of the video covers the delicious food created by the chefs of the restaurant based on recipes from the families of both founders.
