Tai New Year in Namaw, Oudomxay

If you're planning to travel to the northern parts of Laos, consider checking out this event in Namaw, Oudomxay, February 23-25, 2018.   It's the New Year celebrations of the Tai ethnic minority group. 12 ethnic groups in all will be attending and joining in the festivities and celebrations. One of the featured food items will be the edible bamboo.
